Do I have to be naked all the time?

What should we bring with us?
Bring the same things you would take in a visit to a clothed park or plage
except a bathing suit: hats, sunscreen, sunglasses, towels, something to read,
something to play with (Frisbee, volleyball), camping supplies if you’re
camping.
Isn’t all that exposure to the sunlight dangerous?
Some sunshine exposure is quite likely great for us. But definitely overexposure is not
a good thing. Protection or suntan lotion manages that. If you think about it,
while naked we don’t expose a lot more than we do when in a bathing suit anyhow.
So the only difference is you’ll use a bit more suntan lotion.
